The world continues to get smaller, and communication takes just microseconds – a boon to business growth, now at speeds unheard of even 20 years ago. Nothing replaces the in-person appearance, though, in terms of making a real connection. And so the past few months and the next few months find me sharing my thoughts and insights – in person – both around the country and around the globe. With speaking engagements in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Helsinki, among others, I look forward to meeting current and future HR leaders. I’ll be discussing topics including the Future of HR, Leadership & Talent Development, WillBe (my book about leadership for high-potentials), and the changing role of Chief HR Officers. I hope to meet and reconnect with many of you at these engagements.
