Many of you know I recently left Northrop Grumman Corporation as Chief HR & Administrative Officer and will eventually be relocating my family from Los Angeles, CA to Long Island, NY.
A number of people have asked me to keep them informed regarding my next career steps, and I certainly appreciate everyone’s interest.
I am very fortunate to have had time to consider a variety of terrific CHRO and other opportunities. After having done so, and following extremely helpful feedback on several consulting business concepts I have also been pilot-testing, I have decided to formalize and officially launch my consulting practice—EXec EXcel Group LLC—effective immediately.
My business will include a portfolio of business segments and strategic alliances, with the majority of my time focused on human capital strategy, leadership & talent development, and organizational transformation. This Web site provides more detail on my background and each business segment.
An important part of my business base will be devoted to strategic alliances with two leading universities. I will serve as Executive in Residence to Cornell’s Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) as well as to USC’s Center for Effective Organizations (CEO). I am very excited to be able to work directly with up-and-coming leaders and world-renowned faculty via these university relationships.
I will appreciate the opportunity to follow up with you more personally to discuss any ways I may be of service to you and your organizations. Feel free to contact me directly and to share this information with others. I look forward to working with you!
