EXec EXcel Group’s Ian Ziskin, former CHRO of Northrop Grumman, has joined the Executive Networks team, working with the Human Resources Roundtable Group (HRRG), an exclusive network for Chief HR Officers of Global 1000 companies.

Ian Ziskin’s global leadership experience includes serving in Chief Human Resources Officer and other senior leadership roles with three Fortune 100 corporations – Northrop Grumman, Qwest Communications, and TRW – where he had a track record of designing and implementing innovative business and human capital solutions for complex businesses with combined revenues of $68 billion and 300,000 employees in over 25 countries.

Ian is an author of two books, THREE: The Human Resources Emerging Executive (2015) and WillBe: 13 Reasons WillBe’s are Luckier than WannaBe’s (2011). He is a contributing author to The Rise of HR: Wisdom From 73 Thought Leaders, edited by Dave Ulrich, et. al. (2015) and The Chief HR Officer: Defining the New Role of Human Resource Leaders, edited by Pat Wright, et.al. (2011).
