A uniquely designed network for learning and development leaders
LAUNCHED MAY 2020
Co-founded by Ian Ziskin and Lacey Leone McLaughlin, the new and innovative LEarning And DEvelopment Reinvented (LEADER) Network is just for Chief Learning and Talent Officers, Heads of Leadership Development, and other senior-most leaders in the Learning and Development (“L&D”) function. This group is yours and yours alone—it is not for CHROs, or HR Business Partners, or other HR people who already have their own professional networks.

About the Group

We expect the LEADER Network to comprise 20 to 25 members, with 12 to 15 attending each meeting based on availability. LEADER Network is big enough for diverse perspectives and high-value peer learning, yet intimate enough for confidential conversations and trust-based relationships.

The group meets in person twice per year and is supplemented by virtual group calls between meetings. Our first meeting of 2020 tackled timely issues of organizational changes required due to COVID-19 as well as challenges brought by our member organizations. Additional dates will be confirmed as members commit to joining LEADER Network.

Group Focus

Content and meeting agendas focus on the following high priorities, as well as on topics recommended by members through co-creation and collaboration:

  • Alignment of business and learning strategies
  • Strategies for learning, development, and talent excellence
  • L&D practices, programs, and content
  • Succession planning
  • Workforce reskilling/upskilling
  • Learning technology, tools, and digitization

Benefits of Joining

In addition to networking and collaboration opportunity with others, group members have access to the following additional benefits:
